What it does
- A recorded human voice, not text-to-speech, calls each strike in time with the music, at 74 to 128 BPM.
- Combo mode: the user builds any combo strike by strike in a combo editor, and the coach calls it, repeated. Reaction mode: random calls, 6 to 45 a minute.
- Punches can be called as pad numbers 1 to 6; kicks, elbows and knees are called by name with lead or rear.
- Workouts are made of striking or conditioning sections (rope, shadow, bodyweight) and rounds with rest; the full plan is visible before you press play.
- Onboarding asks goal, level, discipline, stance and music style and builds four starter workouts.
- Streak, an earned rank from Contender to Pro, volume charts, personal records and calls answered per session.
- Hands-free: headphone remote play and pause, a lock-screen card, and workout alarms with a recorded coach line.
What it is not
It is not a video-class app: there is no trainer on screen. It is not hardware: no bag, pads, sensors or gloves are required or sold. It makes no weight-loss or calorie claims and has no fighter endorsements.
