Get in touch
Tell us what device you are on and what you expected to happen. If something went wrong mid-session, the time of day helps more than you would think.
I hear no coach
A session takes over audio the way a phone call does, so nothing else can be playing through the same output. Check that your headphones are connected to the phone rather than to a watch or a laptop, and that the ring/silent switch is not muting media on your device.
The music and the coach are fighting each other
They should not be — the mix ducks the music under every call. If the balance is wrong for your headphones, tell us which model you use; that is the part we cannot guess.
My workouts are not on my other device
Workouts sync through your own private iCloud database, so both devices must be signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on for FightNome. Syncing is not instant; give it a minute on a connection.
Managing or canceling a subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Canceling there stops the renewal and keeps your access until the period you already paid for ends.
Refunds are Apple's to grant. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes everything stored on that device. The synced copy lives in your own Apple Account: Settings, your name, iCloud, then Manage Account Storage.
We hold no copy of your training data, so there is nothing for us to delete on request. The one thing that leaves your device is a randomly generated identifier and whether a subscription is active, which goes to RevenueCat — not your name, your email or your Apple Account. The Privacy Policy is the full version, and it is the same text that ships inside the app.
